Scope

These terms cover the Faima Digital Space website, agency enquiries, digital shop and Faima Digital Space Bot app for Facebook Messenger. Use the services lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access or submit malicious content. Specific project agreements and published product terms describe the scope of a particular purchase.

Messenger bot and human support

Where enabled, the bot provides automated assistance about our services and products. Automated responses can be incomplete or incorrect; confirm pricing, availability, eligibility and project commitments with the team before payment. Human handoff may use Chatwoot. A message or callback request does not guarantee an immediate reply, reserve an appointment or start a call. You can ask for human assistance or request that follow-up messages stop. Meta also applies its own platform terms.

Send only information and content you are entitled to share. Never send passwords, PINs, OTPs or private access keys. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, and our data deletion instructions explain how to request removal.

Agency projects

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment milestones, revisions, and support are agreed separately before work begins. A service description on this website is an invitation to discuss your requirements, not a fixed project quotation.

Digital product purchases

Read each product's description, eligibility requirements, delivery information, and product terms before purchasing. The published price is in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). An order retains the price and product terms recorded when it was created.

Payment and verification

Payment instructions are shown after an order is created. Pay only the amount and recipient displayed in your order, using the sender number entered at checkout. A submitted transaction ID does not by itself confirm payment. Delivery begins after payment verification and may need support review.

Never send your bKash PIN, OTP, or account password to Faima Digital Space. Do not make another payment for an existing order while verification is pending.

Delivery and access

Delivery may be a private download, an activation link, instructions, or assisted fulfillment, as stated on the product page. Save your order ID and private access key. Keep delivered access links and keys confidential. Delivery timing and any eligibility conditions are product specific.

Product availability and third-party services

Third-party products remain subject to their own terms, account eligibility, and availability. Faima Digital Space does not claim to be their official representative. We do not promise benefits, storage allowances, or service guarantees beyond the explicit terms shown for your purchase.

Problems, cancellations, and refunds

If a payment is duplicated, delivery is missing, or a product does not match its description, contact us with your order ID and payment reference. We will review the record and discuss the appropriate resolution. Do not share your private access key in a public message. Cancellation or refund requests for digital goods depend on whether delivery or activation has occurred and the product-specific terms; this does not limit applicable consumer rights.
